

The user will eventually not be able to load a web page in the browser, but I can ping the website's address at a command prompt. The computers run fine for a day or two, then the user experiences an increase in computer lag and application response. This seems to be happening across the board. One has become more than intermittent because it occurs almost daily. At first, the problems seemed intermittent. Since we went from WebRoot to Kaspersky, I have noticed more issues with PC’s getting bogged down and becoming unresponsive.
